TELNET CLI

Telnet CLI (Command Line Interface)

The user may connect to the CLI (Command Line Interface) via a

TELNET session to the default IP, 192.168.168.1. This section uses Microsoft

TELNET command for instruction. You may use any TELNET client.

Connecting to CLI (Command Line Interface) via TELNET

1. Connect to CLI (Command Line Interface) with the following

command at DOS prompt. The TELNET application will then be launched and

connected.

C:\WINDOWS\TELNET 192.168.168.1

At the login prompt, type in “password” (default password) and press the <ENTER> key, as

shown in Figure 2.4c. You will then login to the CLI.

NOTE

Please refer to Appendix C for the list of commands

available at the console.
